Viale XX Settembre has always been the noble promenade since the 1800s, and even today it is nice to stroll in the shade of the large trees, between a café and a restaurant, letting yourself be carried away to the beautiful Ponterosso area. Our apartment is located in the upper part of the Avenue, residential and very quiet, on floor 1 without elevator of a historic building, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Inside you will find two double bedrooms, one with a standard extra bed, a small living room with sofa bed, TV and a super-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, family refrigerator, washing machine and small appliances (kettle, toaster and coffee powder machine). The bathroom is “Trieste style,” that is, divided into two separate rooms: in one room you will find a toilet, bidet and sink and in another room a shower with a bathtub and sink. The apartment is perfect for families and groups of friends!

The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 1 of a building without an elevator.
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests. The tourist tax is € 2 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in.
Self check-in is possible.

If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros.
It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows. Don't forget to leave us a review on the portals. Your opinion is very important to us: critics encourage us to improve and compliments are always accepted! :) When you assign the stars try to be objective: if it has been raining all the time it is not our fault!
Viale XX Settembre has been the gathering place for strolls (“il listòn”) since 1800: a beautiful, quiet and shady pedestrian area full of elegant buildings, clubs, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors, enriched by events and markets in spring and at Christmas. Be enchanted by the starry ceiling of the Rossetti Theater, and then stroll to the Ponterosso area to the Church of Sant'Antonio, Canal Grande and then to Piazza Unità, among elegant white buildings reminiscent of Austria. Along Viale XX Settembre you will find numerous cafes, restaurants and takeaways; we recommend going to Lettera viva for a coffee, hot chocolate or aperitif, and Al Civico 6 for one of the best pizzas in town.
The apartment is located in a historic pedestrian area. It is possible to park for free in the cross streets but being a very central area it is very difficult to find a free parking space. Alternatively, you can park for a fee at Geparkom on Via Xydias 6 (7 am to 10 pm) or Parking Saba Ospedale Maggiore on Via della Pietà (you can reserve online with discounts on rates). From the apartment you can walk all around the historic center comfortably!
