Inside you will find a large living room with a double sofa bed and TV, the bathroom with shower, a simple and clean double bedroom, and a livable kitchen with the necessary for cooking, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. All around you, on the walls, memories of distant travels and experiences. The lovely outdoor space is reserved for you-your own relaxing space in the city center.

The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the ground floor, but you still need to take stairs down half a floor.
For two guests we prepare the double bed by default. If you want separate beds please let us know first! We will be happy to let you find all the beds ready for free!
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests.
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in. Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

In less than a two-minute walk you can reach Viale XX Settembre, an elegant pedestrian promenade that takes you right back to the 1800s. Indeed, this is where ladies used to take their walks, for a few vexatious chats and a coffee with friends. Even today the Avenue is full of clubs, cafes and ice cream parlors-you'll be spoiled for choice! From the Avenue you can follow the crowds of people, which will take you to the Ponterosso area and then Piazza Unità. A stroll among tall white buildings, shopping streets
A short walk from the apartment is the Parking Saba Ospedale Maggiore: you can book online from their site to get attractive discounts and leave your car there during your stay. The historic center then is easy to visit on foot, but in case you want to immerse yourself in the real urban fabric, you can organize your route on the TriesteTrasporti website and get around easily by bus: you may catch yourself laughing at some old people complaining in our dialect!
