The 140sqmt attic is in Via Milano, one of the most requested streets in Borgo Teresiano, in an elegant, recently restored historic building. To reach the apartment there is a glass lift.
The apartment is structured on two floors. The lower floor, naturally cooler, is used as a sleeping area. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a walk-in closet and its own bathroom; in the bathroom there are a shower and a jacuzzi. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together and can also be prepared as a double bed on request.
The upper floor, with sloping ceilings, is divided into different areas: a relax area with a large sofa and built-in fireplace, a second bathroom with shower and a large kitchen with an island kitchen and built-in appliances (refrigerator, wine cellar, coffee machine, oven). On the same floor there is a splendid closed veranda, with large opening windows and a view over the roofs of the centre. In the center of the veranda, entirely wood made, there is a large modern wooden table.
The floors are connected via an internal staircase. TVs and wifi are of course available for our guests. Air conditioning system serve the whole apartment, including the veranda. Thanks to the raised position, the apartment is quiet and very bright.

CHECK-IN
Before check-in, you will be required to provide proof of identification of all guests (id card or passport).
The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in and is not included in the amount you are paying online. Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
Our staff is on call to fix any issues during your stay that should arise, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In view of the European energy crisis, please do not cool the apartment below 23°C in the summer and heat above 20°C in the winter. Do not leave bicycles and prams in the common hallway and staircase.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is by 10 AM. Please turn off air conditioning or heating, turn off lights and close windows, and don’t forget your belongings.

Borgo Teresiano is the most requested district in the center of Trieste. Full of elegant historic buildings and just 700 meters far from the beautiful Piazza Unità, it is the area where lots of professional studios and large companies headquarters are concentrated. In the morning the district is teeming with white collar workers having breakfast or a quick lunch. Trendy restaurants, elegant cafés and the splendid seafront promenade can be reached in less than five minutes by feet.
What to see: the sunset on the Grand Canal (ZEROQUARANTA bar has a floating platform on the Grand Canal), Ponte Curto, the Gothic Church; try the magic silence on top of Molo Audace.
What to try: Al Bagatto restaurant, Nerodiseppia restaurant, Le Barettine restaurant, Pier The Roof cocktail bar, Illy café for breakfast by the sea, Caffè degli Specchi historical bar in Piazza Unità. Try also the original Sacher Torte at Café Sacher from Vienna just inaugurated!
Thanks to the excellent location of the apartment, it is possible to reach all the tourist attractions of the city and the major points of interest (conference areas, main offices of the city's companies, events) simply on foot.

Our advice is to book a parking space online at Saba Silos Parking, located next to the railway station: as to have a guaranteed place and come and go freely. The closest option is indeed Molo IV Parking, in open air.
