The accommodation, entirely reserved for guests, is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator.
Depending on the number of guests we always prepare double beds. If you wish to sleep separately let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all beds ready for you free of charge!
There is the Saba Foro Ulpiano car park, located 100 metres away from the apartment, which can be booked for several days directly on the Saba website.
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests. The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in.
Self check-in is possible.

If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

Viale XX Settembre was throughout the nineteenth century the gathering place for strolls, cafes, gossip, and theater. Today it is still a popular meeting place and you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, cinemas and events (for example, at Christmas the St. Nicholas Fair and in spring Viale in Bloom) and the beautiful Rossetti Theater. From here you can reach the Ponterosso area, the historic center and Piazza Unità with a few minutes' walk. We recommend a stop at Lettera Viva for a very trendy and mouthwatering break indeed!
The area between Viale XX Settembre and il Tribunale di Trieste, located a short distance from the apartment, is very busy;
we recommend that you book a parking space at Parking Saba Foro Ulpiano (100 metres away from the apartment) to take advantage of great discounts and park your car without problems.
From the apartment you will be able to visit the entire historic center on foot, but in case you want to go to the Miramare Castle or the waterfront or even to the University, know that there are plenty of bus lines running around there that will easily take you everywhere! Use the Trieste Trasporti website to conveniently arrange your trip and remember that on Sundays the ticket lasts 4 hours!
