The apartment is located on floor 1 of an elegant, recently renovated historical building; there is a lift but you still have to walk a few steps to reach the apartment. Inside the apartment you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living area with a double sofa bed (2 standard single mattresses) and a super-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, kettle, coffee machine). The heating system is autonomous and there is high-speed internet.

The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 1 of a building with a lift. For two guests we prepare a double bed by default. If you would like separate beds, let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all beds ready for you free of charge!
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests. The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in.
Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros.
It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

The apartment is located in an enviable position within the pedestrian zone, in a very convenient area for visiting the entire historic centre on foot. In fact, in 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Ponterosso Canal, with the Chiesa di Sant'Antonio, the Piazza di Ponterosso with its markets and the spectacular Serbian Orthodox Church.
Just a few metres from Casa Valeria, on Oberdan Square, guests can find countless city bus stops that reach every corner of the city. Also nearby are St. Anthony's Cathedral, Viale XX Settembre where the Rossetti Theatre is located, the San Giusto hill with its cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Rive di Trieste with the Audace pier and the beautiful Piazza Unità d'Italia and the historic centre. The city of Trieste offers opportunities for all types of tourism: artistic, cultural, food and wine, for lovers of outdoor activities (cycling, climbing, walking, etc.) and, of course, for those who love the sea. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area and the city's major attractions are only a few minutes' walk away. We recommend that you leave your car at Parking Saba Silos or Parking Molo IV or Parking Saba Foro Ulpiano. You can book online from the Saba website and benefit from attractive discounts. The apartment is 650 metres (about 9 minutes' walk) from the train station and the terminus of Flixbus and the airport shuttle bus.
