On the access floor there is a living area with double sofa-bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace; through a staircase you reach the floor below (very cool for a peaceful night's sleep even in summer!), with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a tavern and a second bathroom. The final gem is the private garden, equipped to let you doze in the shade of the trees whenever you want! :)
Everything you need can be reached on foot or by bicycle: the sea, the beach, the supermarkets and the delicious restaurants in the area!

The accommodation, entirely reserved for guests, is on two floors. It is necessary to get some narrow stairs.
For two guests we prepare the double bed by default. If you want separate beds please let us know first! We will be happy to let you find all the beds ready for free!
CHECK IN
- All guests will be required to show identification upon check-in.
- Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
- It is possible to park ONE car in the courtyard in front of the building. Parking spaces are not assigned, please park your car leaving space for others too :)
- If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We will be happy to help you!
- Remember you are in a private facility! Respect the hours of rest from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
- Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
- Check-out is within 10AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), Turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

- When you assign the stars try to be objective: if it has been raining all the time it is not our fault!
For those who already know it, Duino is a small pearl to be jealously guarded. For those who still do not know it, it is a place to discover: almost hidden behind the white cliffs and the majestic castle, there are blue bays dotted with white sails, green areas for trekking and nature, clubs and fish restaurants, silence and Relax. The possibility of having everything within easy reach, and being able to forget the car and the traffic for a few days, is priceless.
We advise you to let yourself be inebriated by the sea air on the Rilke Path, beautiful but very popular, or along the Sage Path, much less known but with equally breathtaking views.
Here around food can only be based on fish, but we also recommend to try the experience of osmizze, typical and very folkloristic places on the Karst area.
-> For a bigger supermarket shopping it is possible to reach Conad Superstore 1 km away.
It is possible to reach La casetta di Delia along the road that goes from Duino square towards Carabinieri Command. Our orange gate is located about 50 meters after the Command, on the same side. It is possible to park on the street, or take advantage of the free condominium parking spaces (only one car). The access door is found along the left side of the building and the apartment is on the first floor.
Duino is connected both to Trieste and to Trieste Airport (Ronchi dei Legionari) via bus line E51 or G51 (TPL FVG) but ...do you REALLY want to get away from here?? :)
