A lovely apartment located in the district of Roiano, a short distance from the station, it has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed and can accommodate up to 4 people. With its super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and coffee machine, washing machine, wifi and TV, it will be the perfect base for your trips into town or to the sea!
This apartment is located on floor 2 of a residential building overlooking the delightful Piazza tra i Rivi, in the district of Roiano, near the train station. Inside you will find a kitchen-living room equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, small appliances such as microwave, Lavazza a modo mio coffee machine, kettle and or toaster and all cooking equipment. In the living room there is a TV and a double sofa bed (with two standard single mattresses), while in the bathroom you will find a shower and washing machine. Finally, you will find a delightful double bedroom with a double view, very bright. The flat is suitable for up to 4 people and will be the perfect base for your holiday or business trip!

The apartment, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on floor 2 of a building without a lift.
For two guests we prepare a double bed by default. If you would like separate beds, please let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all beds ready for you free of charge!
CHECK-IN
You can do the check in by appointment between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at our Triesteguest office at Via Rittmeyer 5b in Trieste.
You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay). We will provide you with instructions on how to get to the apartment and all the information you need to enjoy your stay!
Access to apartments before this time slot is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. For arrivals between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., check-in will be done directly at the apartment by appointment at a cost of €40.00 to be paid on site (plus tourist tax). For arrivals between 10 pm and midnight the cost will be 50.00€. Beyond midnight check-in is not possible.
DURING THE STAY
Our staff is on call to fix any issues during your stay that should arise, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In view of the European energy crisis, please do not cool the apartment below 23°C in the summer and heat above 20°C in the winter.
Smoking is forbidden. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of €100.
Do not leave bicycles and prams in the common hallway and staircase. Parties and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Please turn off air conditioning or heating, turn off lights and close windows, get off the trash bags and don’t forget your belongings (especially cell phone chargers!).
Forgotten items will be kept for 30 days and then disposed of.

Roiano is a charming residential neighbourhood stretching from the train station to the beach area of Barcola. The neighbourhood is lively and well served: all services, such as a bank, supermarket, pharmacy and fishmonger's, are within walking distance.
In front of you you will find the beautiful and imposing Church of Saints Ermacora and Fortunato, where there is also a market and small neighbourhood events from time to time. On fine days you can enjoy the tranquillity at Pane Quotidiano (a must stop for a good breakfast). From the flat you can easily reach the centre, either by car or by bus, or organise a wonderful trip towards the sea, following the scenic and fascinating Coastal Road to the Castle of Miramare and the Castle of Duino, or towards the Karst via the Friuli Road, which will give you wonderful views of the city and the sea. For an aperitif on the Barcola promenade, we recommend you make a beeline for Pane Quotidiano and also stop by their shop along the sea. The tables overlook the sea above a terrace and it is our favourite place to enjoy the winter sun or a trendy aperitif after a day at the sea. If, on the other hand, you want to walk along the Rilke Trail to Duino Castle, we recommend a refreshing stop at Rilketto (Frazione Duino, 81/D) or Osmizza Pipan Klaric.
You can park your car at Park Roiano with the entrance from Via Moreri. The daytime rate is 50 cents/h for the first 3 hours, 1 €/h from the fourth hour onwards, in the evening/night time it is 25 cents/h.
From the apartment it is possible to reach the centre in 6 minutes by car, or you can take line 8 which has its terminus just a few steps away (you can find all the timetables on the Trieste Trasporti website). Around the flat it is possible to find free parking on the street, but being a residential area it takes a bit of luck. Watch out for road signs and garages :) The location is perfect for wonderful bike tours!
