The studio, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
For two-guest reservations, we will prepare the master bedroom double bed by default. If you would prefer single beds prepared, please notify us!
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to provide proof of identification of all guests (id card or passport).
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in and is not included in the amount you are paying online.
Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
Our staff is on call to fix any issues during your stay that should arise, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In view of the European energy crisis, please do not cool the apartment below 23°C in the summer and heat above 20°C in the winter.
Do not leave bicycles and prams in the common hallway and staircase.
Parties, smoking, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is by 10 AM. Please turn off air conditioning or heating, turn off lights and close windows, get off the trash bags and don’t forget your belongings (especially cell phone chargers!)

San Giacomo is a lively residential district 15-minutes by foot from the historic center and well connected by bus lines. Within a short distance, you will find all the services you need.
The area is full of locals’ favourite places to eat, like Trattoria Alla Speranza, that is one of the city’s most popular fish restaurants.
San Giacomo district is densely populated, making street parking often hard to find. Consider the underground, paid parking lot “Parking Saba Campo San Giacomo” two minutes by foot away, in San Giacomo square under the church.
The apartment is well-served by public transportation: Bus 1 for the railway station, the Palasport, stadium, and Risiera di San Sabba. Bus 10 is for Piazza Unità and the historical city center. Tickets are available at Tabacchi or online at https://www.triestetrasporti.it/. On Sunday the ticket lasts 4 hours!
