The accommodation, which is entirely reserved for guests, is located on the mezzanine floor; to reach the flat you have to climb a flight of stairs.

We have a parking spot available 200 m far in a private single garage subject to availability, to be reserved separately and in advance at a cost of 15 euro per night.
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests. The tourist tax is € 1,5 € per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in.
Self check-in is possible.

If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

The apartment is only 350 metres from the station; you can also reach Piazza Unità in 15 minutes on foot by crossing the elegant Borgo Teresiano, with its historical buildings, the splendid Ponterosso Canal and the Gothic Church with its white spires. Near the flat you will also find small craft shops, mouth-watering bakeries such as Cadenaro (in Via Rittmeyer) and Novak (in Via Udine) and small supermarkets and delicatessens for a quick lunch or in search of some local speciality. 250 metres away, near the station, you will also find the PAM supermarket, open every day until 10pm (Sundays until 8pm).
From Via Manna you can easily reach Piazza Unità with a pleasant walk through the Borgo Teresiano. As we are in a popular residential area it may be difficult to find a free parking space on the street; we recommend parking at the Saba Silos car park or reserving a parking space in our private garage in advance. In the vicinity of the station you will also find the Flixbus station, buses to the airport, taxis and numerous bus lines that will allow you to easily reach every corner of the city. Check the Trieste Trasporti website to organise your itinerary and remember that on Sundays the ticket lasts 4 hours!
