Just a few steps away from Unità d’Italia square you will find this fantastic modern apartment, carefully designed and providing all comforts.
The apartment is structured as follows: -the first room is a kingsize bedroom; -the second bedroom has a double French bed (140cm); -the third room has a bunk bed: the upper bed is a French double bed while the lower bed is a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed; -the living room has a sofa bed that can be set up if needed, a TV OLED 65“ with Netflix, an extendible table (up to 3 meters in length) kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, boiler, fridge, freezer and stove. - There are 2 bathrooms with shower and all - Finally the entrance hall. All the mattresses are in Memory foam up to 30 centimeters high, with orthopedic nets, warm goose down duvets, all for wonderful nights of sleep. The WI-FI is available free of charge for all guests.

The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the first floor of a building with lift.
For two guests we prepare the double bed by default. If you want separate beds please let us know first! We will be happy to let you find all the beds ready for free!
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests.
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in.
Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C, and in summer not below 23°C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

La Boutique del Vento is really few steps far from the pedestrian are: in 2 minutes you will reach Via Torino, the shores and Cavana district and let just go in the local movida. Whether for a "rebechìn", a happy hour or a dinner with friends, the area is rich in life and events, and it's very appreciated by young local people who meet here to spend the spare time.
We suggest to start the day with a breakfast at the bar on the ground floor at Eataly, Illy branded: with a splendid view of the sea and the moored boats you will find the energy to start your great day! Are you wandering something delicious? At Mug (Piazza Hortis) you can have breakfast with cupcakes, brownies and smoothies in a really tasty place!
You won't really have to struggle to find a place to eat: our favorite places are in Via Torino & surroudings! To taste some typical dishes, we recommend to take a table at Siora Rosa, a historic trattoria since 1921, or at the nearby Le Botti: simply let the staff guide you for a genuine taste experience (many natives go there to eat). Also in via Torino, we point out DRAW, a very trendy place with exclusively raw dishes, and PURO, perfect both for eating and having a cocktail. Absolutely to report: Le Barettine for fish dishes a few steps away: their raw appetizer will amaze you!
From Via Torino you can walk towards Piazza Unità in two ways: walking in the middle of the elegant buildings in Cavana, where it will be really difficult not to give in to a spritz aperol or a prosecco, or walking along the sea, with the elegant buildings on one side and the swaying boats on the other. A stop at Pier The Roof is a must, right on the pier next to Eataly: on the ground floor you will find a fish restaurant, and on the rooftop a cocktail & fried fish place (ok this is definitely the top, let us know).
From the train station it is possible to reach the apartment keeping the sea always on the right, with a walk of 25 minutes, or 5 minutes by car.
You will easily find free parking spots near the apartment. Alternatively, you can park your car in the blue car parks along the banks (on fee, free from 8 PM to 8 AM and on holidays): the cheapest are located between Eataly and the Ausonia bathing establishment. You can also look for a place in Via Diaz and Via Cadorna, but keep in mind that the center is very coveted by all the inhabitants!
With a 7 mins walk you can also reach Parking San Giusto, located behind Piazza Unità.
Once you park your car, you can forget it: all the attractions of the city are within walking distance!
You can also reach the apartment from the station by bus (lines 30 and 8: Trieste Trasporti).
