About the Accommodation

This lovely attic apartment is on floor 3 of a historic building with an elevator and located near the train station.

Inside you will find a double bedroom with spacious walk-in closet, the bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living area with a super-stocked kitchenette (family fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave), a double sofa bed and a 42" TV. Wifi, central heating.

Finally, at the end of the day you will be able to sit on the delightful tub-like terrace, overlooking the quiet street behind and furnished with a sofa, small table and umbrella!

Notes

The studio, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the 3rd floor of a building with a lift.

For your safety, close the door with the bolts.

For two-guest reservations, we will prepare the master bedroom double bed by default. If you would prefer single beds prepared, please notify us!

We have a parking spot available 240 m far in a private single garage subject to availability, to be reserved separately and in advance at a cost of 15 euro per night.

CHECK-IN

Upon check-in, you will be required to provide proof of identification of all guests (id card or passport).

The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in and is not included in the amount you are paying online. Self check-in is possible.

DURING THE STAY

Our staff is on call to fix any issues during your stay that should arise, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In view of the European energy crisis, please do not cool the apartment below 23°C in the summer and heat above 20°C in the winter. Do not leave bicycles and prams in the common hallway and staircase.

Parties, smoking, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

CHECK-OUT

Checkout is by 10 AM. Please turn off air conditioning or heating, turn off lights and close windows, get off the trash bags and don’t forget your belongings (especially cell phone chargers!)

Don't forget to leave us a review on the portals and on our Facebook page. Your positive reviews help us tremendously. If something isn’t working well, please let us know during your stay so we can correct it first. Just remember, we don’t control the weather :)

Neighbourhood

The location of this apartment is definitely strategic: it is in fact just a short walk from the station, where you will also find the only supermarket open until 10 p.m. every day (Pam Supermarket).

In a few minutes walk instead you can reach Piazza Unità, and the beautiful waterfront between Ponterosso and Molo Audace, with its spectacular colors.

Any recommendations for food? Buffet at Rudy's on Valdirivo Street for typical dishes, Illy café right on the banks for a Trieste breakfast. Worth mentioning is Ristorante Bianco (Via Rossini 8), right on the Ponterosso canal, which has a floating platform used in summer for an aperitif with the sunset!

Transport

This apartment is exceptionally connected to EVERYTHING!

Stepping out of the apartment in a few steps you can reach PAM supermarket, the only one open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays).

We have a parking spot available 240 m far in a private single garage subject to availability, to be reserved separately and in advance at a cost of 15 euro per night.

Crossing the street you can find also the train station around which you can find Parking Saba Silos for cars, RVs, and motorcycles (you can book through their site in advance and take advantage of attractive discounts!), a Flixbus station, a cab station, and the bike rental station (Bicincittà).

Both outside the building and in front of the station also most of the bus lines pass , perfect whether you want to stay in the city or visit the Karst, the waterfront to Miramare Castle, or get to SISSA.
