Piazza della Valle is a very characteristic small square in the historic center of the city: it is circular in shape and the three slightly curved buildings around it seem to embrace it. This delightful apartment is located on the top floor of one of these historic buildings. The apartment has a particular bright and characteristic living area with a well-stocked kitchenette (hob, dishwasher and all cooking accessories), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a huuge shower. The apartment also has a lift (attention: you still have to climb a flight of stairs at the end!) and air conditioning.
The high and collected position guarantees light during the day and silence during the night for a good night's sleep between trips!

The studio, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the last floor of an historical building with a lift. It is necessary to make a final flight of stairs!
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests.
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in.
Self check-in is possible.

If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter do not raise the temperature above 20 °C, and in summer not below 23°C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

Piazza della Valle is located a stone's throw from the historic and pedestrian area of Cavana, the romantic heart of the city. Little known and off the beaten tourist track, it amazes with its particular shape and the intimate and solitary atmosphere that can be perceived. Almost unreal, considering that within walking distance there are restaurants, bars, markets, museums and events.
From the apartment you can move around peacefully and explore the entire historic center freely. For breakfast we recommend a stop at Adoro Café in Piazza Cavana, Chocolat or Mug. Or you could immerse yourself in the frenetic but elegant atmosphere of Piazza della Borsa alla Portizza.
You are in the perfect place to eat: a short distance away you will find restaurants and trattorias for all tastes! We recommend Le Barettine and Il Bagatto for fish dishes, Di Napoli and Bianco for an Italian choice of pizza and pasta, Ristorante Ego for meat and fish dishes.
And after eating so well, how about a relaxing and romantic walk along the banks of the city to admire the splendid Piazza Unità lit up at night or to reach the top of Molo Audace?
Our apartment is located on the edge of the pedestrian area, so it might be difficult to find free street parking. We advise you to park at the large San Giusto Parking which is only 450 meters away or along the banks in the blue parking lots (on fee; free from 8pm to 8am and on Italian holidays).
You can also travel by bus using lines #8 and #30 to connect with the train station, while line #9 takes you to Viale XX Settembre area, or to the famous "Lanterna" bathhouse, commonly known as "Pedocìn" :)
Right on the banks you will also find one of the BiTS bike rental stations (www.bicincitta.com)!
