A charming apartment located 500 metres from the train station and 800 metres from the Ponterosso Canal, on floor 3 of a building with a lift and with a particularly elegant view of Casa Picciola.
Inside you'll find a very quiet double bedroom (as it overlooks an internal courtyard), a living room with a 1.5 sofa bed, TV and small desk, a bathroom with shower, boiler and washing machine with dryer, and a kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge, kettle and all the essentials for cooking.Wifi and air conditioning are available for guests.
We have a parking spot available 220 m far in a private single garage subject to availability, to be reserved separately and in advance at a cost of 15 euro per night.

We inform our guests that it is forbidden to leave bikes and strollers in the common areas and at the entrance of the building.
If you wish to sleep separately, let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all beds ready for you free of charge!
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests. The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in.
Self check-in is possible.

If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

Via Commerciale is an important artery that connects the Karst plateau with the heart of the city. From our apartment you can easily walk to all points of interest, with the convenience of always having the garage available!
A short walk from the apartment, near the station, you can find PAM supermarket, open until 10 pm. In front of the apartment there are also bus stops to get around easily by public transportation to all major tourist destinations. Visit TriesteTrasporti website to arrange your commute.
There is also a bicycle rental point in front of the train station!
From your apartment you can easily reach Piazza Unità with a pleasant walk through the Borgo Teresiano. As we are in a popular residential area it may be difficult to find a free parking space on the street; we recommend parking at the Saba Silos car park or reserving a parking space in our private garage in advance.
In the vicinity of the station you will also find the Flixbus station, buses to the airport, taxis and numerous bus lines that will allow you to easily reach every corner of the city. Check the Trieste Trasporti website to organise your itinerary and remember that on Sundays the ticket lasts 4 hours! Trieste's historic tram is currently undergoing maintenance and is not in service. The tram route to Opicina is replaced by bus line no. 2, with its terminus in Piazza Oberdan.
