The studio, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
For two-guest reservations, we will prepare the master bedroom double bed by default. If you would prefer single beds prepared, please notify us!
Bicycles are not allowed in the building.
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to provide proof of identification of all guests (id card or passport).
The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in and is not included in the amount you are paying online. Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
Our staff is on call to fix any issues during your stay that should arise, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In view of the European energy crisis, please do not cool the apartment below 23°C in the summer and heat above 20°C in the winter. Do not leave bicycles and prams in the common hallway and staircase.
Parties, smoking, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is by 10 AM. Please turn off air conditioning or heating, turn off lights and close windows, get off the trash and don’t forget your belongings (especially cell phone chargers!)

We are located in the most requested district of Trieste: Borgo Teresiano. Halfway between the station and the historic center, which can be reached in 1 minute, it houses most of the city's offices and businesses.
Restaurants, bars, pastry shops and services are just a stone's throw away, as are the historic centre, Piazza della Borsa and Piazza Unità and finally the waterfront and its promenade.
From this position, everything you need is really reachable in a few minutes on foot, whether you are here for work or for vacation or study!
ATTENTION: it is not possible to park in Via Roma and the road is located on the edge of the restricted traffic area. Watch out for the road signs! We advise you to leave your car in one of these three areas: Parking Saba Silos (near the station), Molo 4° (along the banks), Parking Saba Foro Ulpiano (in front of the courthouse).
