The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the 2nd floor of a building without lift. It is necessary to do stairs to reach the apartment.
Attention: the apartment is located in a street reserved for buses, therefore it is not possible to arrive in front of the door by car. We advise you to park at Parking San Giusto or at Parking Saba Ospedale Maggiore, 500m away.
CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests.
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in and is not included in the amount you are paying online.
Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help!
Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C, and in summer not below 23°C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices, take off the trash. Close the windows.

The location of the apartment is perfect for getting around the whole city, whether you are in Trieste for vacation or for work: most of the bus lines pass through Piazza Goldoni!
Furthermore, Via Mazzini and Corso Italia (the parallel street) are the two main shopping and entertainment streets in Trieste: heading towards the sea and following the other pedestrian streets of the historic centre, you can relax and have fun among the glittering shop windows, the bars full of people the numerous restaurants and the trendiest clubs.
In a few minutes you will arrive in Piazza della Borsa and in Piazza Ponterosso, full of movement, markets and events (in the Christmas period it is filled with lights!). A photo on the beautiful Ponte Curto is a must!
Absolutely to try: the Cremcaffè milkshake, made with syrups and creams… spectacular!
Piazza Goldoni, that is located a stone's throw from our apartment, is a very important point for public transport: here you will find all – really all! – the bus lines to reach any corner of the city. Just visit Trieste Trasporti website to organize the itineraries, and remember that on Sunday the bus ticket lasts 4 hours!
The apartment is located in a street reserved for buses, therefore it is not possible to park in front of the entrance. We suggest to park at the nearby Parking Saba – Ospedale Maggiore: booking online you will have a discount on rates, no timetables and zero parking problems!
