About the Accommodation

This apartment is located in the lower part of Via Commerciale, a major road from the Karst area straight into the heart of the city. The apartment can accomodate up to 5 guests; it is located on the sixth floor of a historic building and has a convenient private garage 200 meters away! Inside there are two bathrooms with bathtub, shower and washing machine, a large living room with excellently equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, coffee maker, and more!) and two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the other room has a bunk bed.

But our favorite part is the wonderful terrace with open views of the city and the sea, for a breakfast with a view or a very romantic aperitif!

Notes

The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at the 6th floor of a building with a historical wooden lift.

For two-guest reservations, we will prepare the master bedroom double bed by default. If you would prefer single beds prepared, please notify us!


CHECK-IN

Upon check-in, you will be required to provide proof of identification of all guests (id card or passport).

The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in and is not included in the amount you are paying online.

Self check-in is possible.


DURING THE STAY

Our staff is on call to fix any issues during your stay that should arise, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In view of the European energy crisis, please do not cool the apartment below 23°C in the summer and heat above 20°C in the winter.

Do not leave bicycles and prams in the common hallway and staircase. Parties, smoking, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.


CHECK-OUT

Checkout is by 10 AM. Please turn off heating, turn off lights and close windows, get off the trash bags and don’t forget your belongings (especially cell phone chargers!)

Don't forget to leave us a review on the portals and on our Facebook page. Your positive reviews help us tremendously. If something isn’t working well, please let us know during your stay so we can correct it first. Just remember, we don’t control the weather :)

Neighbourhood

Via Commerciale is an important artery that connects the Karst plateau with the heart of the city. From our apartment you can easily walk to all points of interest, with the convenience of always having the garage available!

A short walk from the apartment, near the station, you can find PAM supermarket, open until 10 pm.

Transport

In front of the apartment there are also bus stops to get around easily by public transportation to all major tourist destinations. Visit TriesteTrasporti website to arrange your trip.

There is also a bicycle rental point in front of the train station, while if you have your own electric bicycle you can easily charge it inside our private garage!
