The accommodation, entirely reserved for guests, is located on the ground floor of a two-storey villa and has a free parking space, garden and outdoor fireplace.
The outdoor areas are shared with the owners.
For two guests we prepare the double bed by default. If you want separate beds, let us know first! We will be happy to let you find all the beds ready for free!
CHECK IN
- All guests will be required to show identification at check-in.
- The tourist tax is €2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid at check-in.
- Self check-in is possible.
DURING THE STAY
- If something doesn't work or isn't right during your stay, report it immediately! We will be happy to help you!
- Remember to be in a private facility! Respect the rest times from 9PM to 8AM and from 1PM to 4PM. In winter do not raise the temperature above 20°C, and in summer not below 23°C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
- Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unreported guests.
CHECK OUT
- Check-out is within 10:00. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

Via Baiamonti is located in a residential area near the Port of Trieste, but it is truly equipped with every service: just take a few steps to find everything you need, such as an ATM, supermarket, pharmacy. From the apartment it is possible to easily reach the SS202, the port area, the Burlo Garofolo hospital, the Nereo Rocco stadium and the Trieste Palasport, which often hosts volleyball, handball, basketball events and concerts. The city center can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
We suggest to start the day with a "capo in bi" from Viezzoli, a few steps from the apartment: the macchiato with milk foam served in a glass is a tradition for all inhabitants. Let yourself be enticed by the sweet specialties, you won't be disappointed :)
For a quick dinner or to take away, we also recommend the nearby Pizza Smile and the Excalibur pub, with a good selection of beers and hearty sandwiches!
Thanks to the free parking space made available to guests, you can forget the stress of parking!
