In the common areas you can enjoy a beautiful lighted swimming pool and a sauna. Wifi and air conditioning available for guests.

CHECK-IN
Upon check-in, you will be required to show an identity document of all guests. The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. The amount is to be paid upon check-in.

If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building!
Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests.
CHECK-OUT
Checkout is within 10 AM. Make sure you don't forget anything (especially cell phone chargers!), turn off the lights and all devices. Close the windows.

From the Villa you can easily reach the town of Prosecco where you will find all the services and explore the gastronomic riches of the area: in fact, in this area you will find a lot of trattorias and osmizze, typical places where you can taste local products and also very popular with locals. Or you can reach the spectacular beaches hidden along the Coast Road in 15 minutes and the city of Trieste in 20 minutes by car.
It is possible to park your car in the surrounding free areas, taking care not to block the passage of other vehicles. By car it is possible to reach the seaside areas of the coastal road in 15 minutes and the city of Trieste in less than 20 minutes.
